Mini - 15 ml
40 mm diameter x 60 mm height
Our smallest cup, with the lowest capacity and narrowest diameter.

Regular - 20 ml
43 mm diameter x 63 mm height
A middle-size option with more capacity than the Mini while remaining smaller than the Large.

Large - 25 ml
46 mm diameter x 65 mm height
Our largest cup, with the highest capacity in the range.

Using your menstrual cup

Empty your cup as often as your flow requires and follow the recommended use and care instructions.

When removing your cup, use the stem and textured base to help you reach and grip it. The stem is there to help you locate the cup rather than to pull it out on its own.

Cleaning and storage

Clean your cup regularly during your period and thoroughly between cycles. Looking after your cup properly can help it last for several years.

Once completely dry, store it in the cotton bag provided or in a clean bohokiwi steriliser.
