The built-in absorbent layers hold approximately 10-15 ml, equivalent to around 2-3 regular tampons, making this style suitable for lighter flow days.

How it works

Multiple built-in layers absorb menstrual fluid while the water-resistant barrier helps reduce water entering the absorbent area.

The protection is built directly into the bikini bottom, so there is no separate pad to insert or remove.
